On the 29 Aug 04 Reuters reported that research presented at the annual meeting of the European Cardiology Society, and involving 29,000 people in 52 countries, has determined that: "People who exercised three times per week, were non smokers, ate fruit and vegetables regularly and drank a little alcohol, reduced their risk of a heart attack by more than 80%."
